• Level 1

  Expansion of Inner Core

  Life Skill Cycle Level 1 is an experiential way for kid's to discover their internal energy and to know about Maslow's first level of motivation. They will discover the power of positive thinking and will learn about how to develop a shared sense of purpose through art of making friends, setting smart goals while using time management and problem solving techniques. They will be exposed to team building tactics for working better together and will learn the techniques of cultivating courage through situation specific games and activities. They will gain preliminary knowledge on presentation skill through news reading exercise.

  Analytical skill helps teens to become savvy learners and thinkers. Kids will learn essential techniques to solve wide variety of reasoning problems.

  Under general awareness, they will gain insights on personal hygiene and fitness through basic yoga techniques.

  Arts are statutorily part of a well-rounded education. Here are opportunities for kids to discover their creative expressions while making models or different items/products using innovative tools and art & craft techniques.

• Level 2

  Expansion of Middle Core

  This cycle has been designed for kid's to know Maslow's second level of motivation and to discover the ways of improving self awareness and confidence. They will learn the essential techniques to deal with aggression while managing anger and self control. They will practice how to stay focused while setting goals through effective action planning. In this cycle they will understand the role of resilience in life, how it fails and ways to bounce back from adversity. They will learn the key concepts of communication with influence, tact, poise and finesse. They will know about principals of active listening and will learn about the essential skills of effective reading and note taking.

  Under analytical skill kids will discover the art of flowchart making using underlying logic of a workflow process and will be exposed to the basics of financial education.

  Under Health and hygiene awareness program they will gain knowledge on body mass index and food-diet-nutrition.

  To nurture their creativity and discover their artistic potential they will be given exposure to create models or different items using innovative tools, art & craft techniques.

• Level 3

  Expansion of Outer Core

  This cycle has been designed for kid's to know about Maslow's third level of motivation. They will learn about benefits of gratitude, elements of emotional intelligence, different leadership styles to improve team strength through engagement and collaboration exercises. Kids will practice the skill of effective decision making through goal setting & problem solving exercises. They will learn about the barriers in communication and master the art of making effective presentation.

  In this cycle they will gain knowledge on three critical thinking skills: interpretation, analysis and inference through wide variety of data presentation. They will learn the advantages of financial education and will be exposed to the concepts of consumer maths and personal money management techniques.

  On general awareness program they will gain knowledge on personal safety and consumer rights.

  To get creative and to stay that way here opportunities are there for kids for making of models or different creative items using innovative tools and art & craft techniques.

• Level 4

  Transitional Growth

  In life skill development cycle 4 we have instilled a lot of conceptual thinking to make them more creative in applying their skills. This cycle has been designed for kid's to know Maslow's fourth level of motivation and to discover the ways of improving self esteem. They will be given situation specific tasks to choose their own leadership style, to understand the forces of change and to learn about overcoming resistance to change. They will be trained to develop mentoring skill and will be given exposure to build mentoring relationship. They will learn tactics in mastering the art of communication and will be given an exposure in managing a presentation event while dealing with questions.

  Under financial education kids will discover the art of preparing a monthly budget and living with it.

  They will develop prowess in reasoning skill through robust exercise dealing with problems which include logical deductions, analogy, syllogism, cause & effect, hypothesis analysis and many more.

  Under general awareness program they will be made aware about road safety and traffic regulation.

  Under creative skill session they will be encouraged to make different product/items using innovative tools and techniques. We will be introduced with the pricing mechanism to price their product accordingly.

• Level 5

  Inclusive Growth

  In 5th cycle of life skill development Kids will discover Maslow's fifth level of motivation and will develop an understanding to realize the differences between Sympathy vs. Empathy, IQ vs. EI, constructive criticism vs. arguments, debating vs. proposing. They will harness the power of Emotional Intelligence to recognize & manage their own emotions to avoid miscommunication and to reach consensus while getting to the root cause using different techniques of handling conflicts. Finally they will learn to use their moral compass of goodness to live well.

  In analytical sessions they will learn about different research methods, interviewing techniques, preparing survey questionnaire to win run a survey.

  They will learn to use their financial intelligence through games and situation specific activities and will develop the skill to read, understand and to create financial statements.

  Awareness program on social media networking will provide them insights regarding types and tools of social networking, its pros and cons along with greater sense of privacy and security to live a safe and happier live.

  To explore their creative ideas and thoughts they will be given an opportunity to design an ad using digital photography and graphics and will be provided with an opportunity to launch a product/service using a powerful presentation. In this cycle they will learn the concepts of delicate science of persuasion and develop their selling skill by participating in a mock event in order to sell their products.

• Level 6

  Expansive Growth

  In this cycle Kids will learn about acts of goodness, will be exposed to the guidelines to practice generosity and will be knowing the benefits of being grateful. They will be given a chance to choose their own role model and to be encouraged to set goals to fulfill a meaningful purpose in life. They will be given exposures to participate in different community welfare activities and environmental awareness programs.

  They will be made aware about stress inducing events and situations and will be trained with stress busting techniques.

  In research method they will learn how to analyze survey data to draw meaningful conclusions and to write a report.

  To explore their creative ideas and thoughts they will be given exposures to create their unique product or service and will be provided with an opportunity to gift or share the same to improve the life of others around him.

For Age group: 8 - 16 years

Each Level Duration: 16 weeks ( Once in a week for two hours)

Groups: There will be three groups in each level based on age and general awareness
